Also, we are very glad that our Stina was stranded with us here in Houston and not in New York for Sandy. However, Isabel did make it out in time and is in Brooklyn, and Stina’s whole family is in southern Connecticut. So far, all of our people are ok, but many prayers for those who are not. Especially the families and patients of NYU. It was incredibly hard to hear about the NICU evacuation. Our time in the NICU was the hardest two weeks of our lives, and I can only imagine what the families of those babies are going through. We look forward to the storm waters receding, and finding out how we can help in the recovery.
